VIRTUAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION LABORATORY

In 2013, the Department of Civil Engineering at The National University of Engineering (UNI) built the Virtual Design and Construction Laboratory with the aim of implementing and encouraging the use of BIM virtual technology in the infrastructure construction design and management, increasing productivity in the engineering sector and preparing our graduates for a top position in the national and international professional field.

We execute multiple activities that involve technological tools mastering for design and modeling of: buildings, infrastructure and construction management. We perform trainings and implement BIM methodology in construction projects.
